It features 5 removable chromeplated cooking racks that can accommodate various sizes of meat, providing a total smoking area of 855 Sq. In. The built-in hooks at the top of the chamber are good for smoking long cuts of meats.

• 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥: The offset chamber contains the fuel, (charcoal or wood chunks, pellets or chips) allowing the wood aroma to flow through a sealed connector into the main vertical smoker chamber for low temperature smoking. A water pan is also provided for keeping meat moist during smoking and a tender meat with a distinctive smoky flavor.
